I hope everyone is having a great weekend! sadly, it is almost over BUT Easter is this coming Sunday, so that is definitely something to look forward to! I have some exciting things planned for the week ahead that will keep me busy and I will have fun doing them which is always a plus. Back to Easter, I just love gathering with family and remembering the resurrection of Jesus Christ, as that is the most important part. I also love the traditions that go along with Easter.  I still feel like a child when it comes to dying eggs! I search hours and hours on Pinterest for new ways of dying them each year. however, as for hunting them, I leave that up to my nephews…only if “I” can hide them haha! Ok, moving along to today’s post. I am talking about my top 5 skin care products that I absolutely love and will definitely re-purchase!

Garnier Micellar Water:  This product is for removing makeup without the oily residue left behind. I use this product for removing my eye makeup and it seriously feels like water! I cannot stand the greasy feeling of my eye makeup remover which makes this product a miracle! I also love how much product you get making it last a lot longer than any other makeup removing product I have tried. I give this product two thumbs up for sure!!

First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser: I recently purchased this face cleanser after hearing great reviews about it and was extremely impressed with how clean it makes my skin! I have a hard time finding face cleansers like this that really make my face feel clean with my skin type mostly oily.  This product is also fragrance free (great for sensitivity) and recommended for all skin types.

Clinique Moisturizing Lotion: From makeup to skin care products, Clinique is an all around great business in the beauty world. About a year ago, I decided that it was time for me to start looking seriously for a trusted skincare line, that I could start using to maintain great skin as I got older. I ended up purchasing this moisturizing lotion after being introduced to it by my sister, who adores the moisturizing gel (better for dry skin). Immediately after applying it just one time, my face felt extremely soothed and healthy. What I love so much about this lotion is that since I have oily skin, it does not feel like more oil on top of my natural oils…gross! I also love that it is fragrance free ( like all of cliniques products) since my skin is sensitive. Hands down my favorite moisturizing lotion so far!

Clinique Lotion Exfoliator: This product intrigued me with the fact that it is a liquid exfoliator WITHOUT scrubbing beads! Like I have mentioned, I have sensitive skin and a good amount of redness along my T-zone. I needed an exfoliator that would not irritate my skin and make my redness worse, but that would instead remove deeper residue than a normal face cleanser would do. This product is new and WONDERFUL!! After I have washed my face, I will take this exfoliator on a cotton round and gently rotate in circular motions around my face. I was skeptical at first thinking “how does this product exfoliate without beads?” and honestly I am still unsure but surely impressed haha! My face will have a slight tingle feeling after I apply it and will even show you the residue that it cleaned on the cotton round…YUCK but AMAZING!

Biore Charcoal exfoliator: I have seen Biore recently advertised and was very interested in this charcoal one! I have heard great things about charcoal based products but never tried any until now…and is a great thing I did! This exfoliator contains natural charcoal which is known for drawing out impurities in the skin. This exfoliator also does not contain any beads which is again great for sensitive skin and also has a natural mint fragrance which is very refreshing. After using this product I always feel squeaky clean and minty fresh haha!
