The Texas summer heat is here and this flowy dolman top has saved me from a heat stroke so far! LOL! Before my NYC trip, I bought this dolman from Forever 21 online, and was so excited to try it out. I have always loved looser tops and am just now beginning to wear more straight fit due to loosing a few pounds, but I needed a casual throw on and go piece that would keep me cool this summer. I also love how this top can be used as a swimsuit coverup! Just the past few weeks of wearing it, I can confidently say that it is a closet staple piece, and one that you will definitely get your wear out of! I am wearing a size medium, but could have bought a small. It is VERY oversized, so I recommend sizing down one or two sizes.
As of now, I was not able to find it on the Forever 21 website 🙁 however, I did find two similar styles that I also adore, and will keep y’all updated on when/if this exact one comes back in stock!
In other news, you may have noticed my peach coke in these photos, and y’all… this is my new favorite soda. I found this peach coke at a local grocery store and was so eager to try it! Not gonna lie, it’s because the bottle is so cute with the orange detail and the peach but it is sooo good. I was surprised that is does not have an artificial peach flavoring, and it honestly just tastes like coke with a hint of natural peach. You need to try it! I don’t drink soda often, but this one is my new splurge every now and then!
Anyone have any summer trips planned!? I will be heading to the beach in a few months, and literally CANNOT wait. I am in need of sand and sunshine!
