I LOVE finding new makeup that is just as great as high-end products without spending a fortune. These Liners just launched at Walmarts beauty department for less than $10 a piece. Mega Lasting Break-up Proof Liquid Eyeliner (Retails for $6)
Wear Test: The long lasting wear feature is crazy good. Most days, I apply makeup in the morning and don’t take it off until the end of the day. I noticed how well the pigment stays just as fresh as when it is first applied, and does not flake, melt or smudge. Washing it off is also super easy as long as you use makeup remover…remember, it is waterproof! Also, the feather like tapered tip glides so smooth on the upper lash line making it super easy to achieve those Pinterest worthy cat-eyes! Like I mentioned above, I dearly love my high end makeup finds however, my budget does not always cut it. I will say that the Wet N Wild liquid eyeliner is comparable to the Stila All Day Waterproof liquid eyeliner which retails for $22.

Wear Test: My personal favorite features of the retractable liner are Pigmentation and smooth application. I enjoy applying this liner to the upper lash line, and again it is super long lasting without smudging, melting, or flaking. Since I do apply retractable liners so close to my eye, I want to make sure that the liner im using is gentle and produces enough pigment without having to apply more than two times. Trust me, if you have sensitive eyes this liner is the one for you! Many many times before this liner, I have irritated my eyes soo bad with constant application…not fun!
