The one dessert I have been dying to make for a few summers now is Ice cream! Not having an ice cream machine though, led me to think making this summery treat homemade was not an option. Currently, I am not interested in investing in a machine (we have so many little gadgets and running out of room to store them haha) so as summer approached this year, I decided to do a little Pinterest search to see if there was another way. I came across no-churn ice cream (which I have heard of in the past) but was always really skeptical of how well the mixture would freeze, and how tasty it would be. For Mothers day, I decided it was a good time to experiment with making no-churn ice cream, and worst case scenario I would resort to Blue Bell on the way to our family gathering! Well ya’ll… This ice cream is actually amazing and soo much tastier than any ice cream I have ever had made in a homemade ice cream machine. It was a huge hit with my family, and since I have had a lot of curiosity about how its made. When I say this is the easiest ice cream to make, I mean it! Three ingredients stirred together make up the base of the ice cream mixture, and the rest is up to you for flavor. The base of this mixture is extremely creamy and rich! Konnor compared it to a McDonalds McFlurry and I agree.
