Outfit Details
Many of us (including me) are ready for 60 degree sunny spring days wearing dresses, shorts, and sandals! Right now as we are in between seasons but wishing for spring, it can be hard to know what to wear. If you are having trouble finding those perfect styles to wear through the “in between” season, the best thing to do is go through your wardrobe and pull out a mix and match of pieces that represent both seasons.
I mixed a few staple pieces from both winter and spring today to give you a cozy outfit that incorporates light spring shades to give you the best of both worlds. Sleeveless sweaters like this one are a great way to get you through the “in between” stage of seasons, and ties both cold and warm weather together. Throwing on a coat adds to the winter aspect which is perfect for nights out when it is typically cooler. I also think pairing white denim emphasizes heading into warmer weather, and brightens up the outfit for a “refreshing” look! Lastly, mules are ideal for any season really, but I think they are especially perfect for transitioning into seasons with the closed toe and open back combo. See below for more closet staple pieces that are great for transitioning into spring. You may just have similar pieces in your closet already!
