Comfy Red Sweater Over Leopard [An Easy Guide For Layering Sweaters]

It’s starting to really feel like fall here in Tx, and I am loving it. I think at the end of the week we are expected to be in the 60’s, so now I am impatiently waiting for the leaves to turn! Do you remember this sweater from this past years Nordstrom anniversary sale finds? I decided to layer it over an animal printed top to spice it up! This particular sweater is currently sold out, but I included a similar style that is only $20 above that will make a great alternative. I would suggest sizing up so that it layers loosely. I have always shied away from layering looks like this because I honestly feel like the kid from A Christmas Story ya know!? But I found that in order to make layers like this work, you have to find the right sweater (preferably cropped and oversized) and a thin form fitting under shirt. My leopard printed shirt is extremely thin, plus this sweater offers a loose fit so I think I have found the solution for the perfect layered look!

I hope y’all have a great week!

Hugs, Kaitlyn💗
